South Africa Government
The government of South Africa is a constitutional democracy that combines the features of Parliamentary and Presidential system.
The government is inter-connected by the three arms. They are:
- Legislature
- Executive
- Judiciary
The legislature is held by the parliament, the executive is held by the president and while the judiciary is held by the courts.
The South African follows the principles of the constitution which act as the supreme law in the nation.
The national, provincial and local governments all have their own legislative and executive power and are defined as a constitution of "distinctive, interdependent and interrelated"
