Visa Requirements
As a tourist most of the nationalities does not require a visa to explore South Africa. Since their day of stay will not exceed 30 to 90 days. All you need is a valid passport that does not expire within 6 months and the passport should contain at least one empty page for endorsements.
As you enter the South Africa you will need the following:
- Valid and acceptable passport of a good travel document
- Valid visa
- Satisfactory funds
- Return ticket
- An yellow fever certificate is required
Roads
South African roads are the best in Africa. This makes a pleasant car travel which will help you to have some independent sightseeing. But it is not advisable to travel in night since roads are not well lit and it is heard that animals will venture on to them. And extra care should be taken while you are traveling near Kruger National park since there has been a report of car jackings.
