STELLENBOSCH – Inconsistent Stellenbosch side will welcome Chippa United to the Danie Craven Stadium on Saturday afternoon in the matchday 4 of the DStv Premiership.

Both teams had an unconvincing start to the DStv Premiership with only one win between the two teams in the six games played respectively.

Stellies have the most unconvincing start between the two sides, having collected just 2 points from a possible nine in three games played so far.

The Cape Side come off a 1 – 0 defeat to SuperSport United in their last outing but before that, they failed to collect maximum points after sharing the spoils with Soweto sides, Swallows and Orlando Pirates respectively.

On the other hand, Chippa United picked up their first win of the season with a convincing 3 – 1 victory over Maritzburg United in their last outing courtesy of a Ben Eve Evanga hat trick.

The win was Chippa’s first of the season and they will be looking to build on the momentum even though both sides come from a lengthy two week rest.

Chippa’s coach Lehlohonolo Seema said that he is happy that football is back and he expects a tough game against Stellies.

“It’s good that PSL fixtures are back this week and we are up against Stellenbosch in their backyard but we are up for it,” Seema said.

Seema further said that he hopes injuries will be sorted out by then.

Kick off at Danie Craven Stadium in Stellenbosch is scheduled for 15 : 30.
